The Presidential villa on the ground floor have a spacious kitchen cum living room that serves as a formal lounging area for a family gathering or dinner party for the guests.

One bedroom is on the ground floor with the living room and kitchen. The first floor has a small landing with a sitting area and two bedrooms. The master bedrooms are on the second floor with a small balcony.
