Cancellation Policy

Aguada Anchorage Resort (Aguada Management Company) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:


Suites and Premium Villas:


Full refund if cancelled more than 15 days prior to check in. 100% retention if cancelled 15 days or less from date of check in.Bookings made on the Non-refundable rate plan will be non-refundable and non–amendable.


Presidential and Royal Villas:


Full refund if cancelled more than 15 days prior to check in. 100% retention if cancelled 15 days or less from date of check in.

  • In case of over booking on part of the hotel or if the hotel is unable to accommodate a guest with a confirmed booking for any reason, alternative accommodation or a 100% refund will be provided.
  • For cancellation policy for group bookings (More than 2 villas) please mail us on reservations@aguadaanchorage.com.
  • No cancellations / amendments will be entertained for bookings from 22nd December to 2nd January.
  • Refund process could take between 03 – 30 working days to process, depending on the mode of payment, Bank & country of to which transfer has to be made.
  • Refund if any will be made after deducting any and all bank / credit card charges / fees.
  • Government recognized original identity & address proof for every guest checking in to be provided to the front office at the time of check in.
  • Visiting hours are from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm. Visiting guest have to provide a government recognized identity proof to the reception.
  • Guests not carrying identity proof will not be allowed to check in or visit other guests. No refund or reimbursement will be made in such cases.
  • Use of drugs & immoral activities are against the law and are strictly prohibited. If any such activities are reported, you will have to vacate the villa immediately, and refund policy will not be applicable.
